Returns policy
Our returns policy does not apply to custom-made products.
1. After making the payment, the customer has 14 days to resign from the podium production service in accordance with the configuration, provided that the production service of the selected model has not yet started.
2. Commencement and performance of the service will result in the loss of the right to withdraw from the contract.
3. The customer will lose the opportunity to cancel the order for the provision of services for the implementation of the selected podium model if the Manufacturer has partially or fully performed the service with the express consent of the consumer, who was informed before the commencement of the service that after the entrepreneur has completed the service, he will lose the right to withdraw from the contract.
4. After the 14-day period, the Customer loses the option to cancel the order and receive a refund.
5. We only replace products if they are faulty or damaged. Delivery and returns To return a product, please mail it to: baza@creatoria.pl. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs if you return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it will take for your exchanged product to arrive may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a tracking service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
